Impressed with speed of delivery. I have not really had time to fully experience the red light. I have been using it on a shoulder injury the past couple of days, but its too early to say definitely if it has helped., as it was a really bad muscle pull. Prior to buying I was using a red light belt, which I have found helpful, before on muscle pulls. In all honesty, it would be better to ask people for reviews, when they have been using the equipment for 3 months. I am going to use it on my face, to help with ageing wrinkles . come back to me when I have had 3 months of use. It is well made, & I think it will prove to be a sound investment over time.

I received my DERMA RED P600 on August 19 with the wrong plug.
There is a mention on your website:
”Voltage: 100-240V (Works Worldwide. Supplied with a plug suitable for your location) ”
I live in Finland. However, I was sent a plug that is used in England.
I sent a message about this on 20 August 2024 via your contact-support website, but I still haven't received the right plug or no response.

I would have given 5 stars as I am very happy with the lamp so far, and it was speedy delivery. However customer service not the best. I submitted a question on the website over a week ago and still no response. In the meantime I have had my query answered by another company
