We know customers really appreciate different delivery options and with Standard and Expedited delivery to choose from, we can offer both alternatives to you.  All our products come with Free shipping as standard within the U.K or you can choose Expedited shipping if you need the item quicker.



Standard Delivery
Cost: FREE
Locations available: UK & Europe Only
UK Orders: Your order will be delivered within 4-7 business days after shipping. 
EU Orders: Your order will be delivered 5-10  business days after shipping. 
We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping. 

Expedited Delivery (UK Only)
Cost: £5.99
Locations available: UK
Delivery using the expedited service in the UK can vary from 1 to 3 days after ordering depending on where you are located.


Worldwide orders
Cost: £10.00
Your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days after shipping. We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of cheap shipping

Note for all orders: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.  


Who will deliver my item?
Our items are stored by Amazon U.K in their U.K warehouses with modern, secure facilities with a highly automated pick, pack and ship process to facilitate the safe and timely processing of your order. When you place an order, Amazon ship the product on our behalf.  Orders are sent in standard Amazon.co.uk packaging meaning you can be guaranteed quality packing to ensure your product is not damaged in transit.

Orders placed before 12pm GMT are sent the same business day.  Orders placed after 12pm GMT are sent the next business day. 

Which carrier will deliver my item?
Items can be delivered by various carriers. It is however not possible to choose the carrier. A proof of delivery (signature) may be required upon delivery, please make sure you take this into account when selecting the delivery address. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

How am I notified of payment and delivery?
Once an order is placed, you will receive two emails from us.  The first confirms your payment has been received and the second will be sent when Amazon or their carrier have dispatched the item to you.  This will also contain any tracking information.
