What is covered by this warranty?
Care Lamps Ltd warrants the Care Lamps branded products and Care Lamps branded accessories against defects in materials and workmanship when used in accordance with Care Lamps Ltd.'s user manual, technical specifications and other Care Lamps Ltd published guidelines for the period of time listed above.
What will we do to correct the problem?
Derma Red & Derma Red PLUS
If you have a successful warranty claim, Care Lamps Ltd will either 1) Repair the device at no charge, using new or refurbished products or parts or 2) replace the product with a functionally equivalent product at no charge, or 3) exchange the product for a refund or the purchase price in exchange for your product.
If you have a successful warranty claim, Care Lamps Ltd will ship you a new product at no charge.
For all devices and for the first 180 days, Care Lamps Ltd will be responsible for all shipping costs related to your claim, within the original country the order was shipped to. If you are no longer in the same country, shipping costs will be your responsibility. After the first 180 days, buyer will be responsible for shipping charges to return the item to the company.
Any replacement product will be warranted for the remainder of the original warranty period or ninety (90) days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for you.
When does the warranty start?
The warranty starts from the date the initial delivery is attempted.
Who may use this limited warranty?
Care Lamps Ltd warranties apply to Care Lamps products purchased through carelamps.com, Amazon (only when purchased through the official Care Lamps account) and eBay (only when purchased through the official Care Lamps account)
Can I transfer the warranty?
The limited warranty is not transferable and may be voided if ownership changes.
When does this warranty not apply?
The warranty does not cover the following (1) Fluorescent bulbs that will diminish over time. (2) Cosmetic damage, including but not limited to scratches, dents and broken plastic on ports unless failure has occurred due to a defect in materials or workmanship; (3) to damage caused by use with a third party component or product (4) to damage caused by accident, abuse, misuse, fire, liquid contact, earthquake or other external cause; (5) to damage caused by operating the product outside the user manual, the technical specifications or other product published guidelines; (6) to damage caused by service (including upgrades and expansions) performed by anyone who is not a representative of Care Lamps Ltd; (6) If Care Lamps Ltd receives information from relevant public authorities that the product has been stolen and you cannot prove in any way that you are the original purchaser of the product.

The Care Lamps Ltd warranty is a voluntary manufacturer’s warranty. It provides rights separate to rights provided by consumer law, including but not limited to those relating to non-conforming goods.
As such, the Care Lamps Ltd warranty benefits are in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law.
If a product is defective, consumers may, in addition to any other rights which they may have under consumer law in the UK (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Care Lamps Ltd Limited Warranty or under their consumer law rights.
Important: The Care Lamps Ltd Limited Warranty terms and conditions shall not apply to consumer law claims.
