I received my DERMA RED P600 on August 19 with the wrong plug.
There is a mention on your website:
”Voltage: 100-240V (Works Worldwide. Supplied with a plug suitable for your location) ”
I live in Finland. However, I was sent a plug that is used in England.
I sent a message about this on 20 August 2024 via your contact-support website, but I still haven't received the right plug or no response.

I would have given 5 stars as I am very happy with the lamp so far, and it was speedy delivery. However customer service not the best. I submitted a question on the website over a week ago and still no response. In the meantime I have had my query answered by another company
