What is the cost of shipping?

We know customers really appreciate different delivery options and with Standard and Expedited delivery to choose from, we can offer both alternatives to you.

All our products come with Free shipping as standard within the U.K or you can choose Expedited shipping if you need the item quicker.

Standard Delivery

Locations available: UK & Europe Only
UK Orders: Your order will be delivered within 4-7 business days after shipping.
EU Orders: Your order will be delivered 5-10 business days after shipping.

We process and ship your order in the most cost-efficient way possible so we can pass the savings on to you in the form of free shipping.

Expedited Delivery (UK Only)
Cost: £5.99
Locations available: UK
Delivery using the expedited service in the UK can vary from 1 to 3 days after ordering depending on where you are located.

It should be noted that we do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays so if you order on Saturday or Sunday your order will be shipped on Monday.

Worldwide orders
Cost: Various but discounted
Your order will be delivered within 7-14 business days after shipping.

Note for all orders: If you live in an area experiencing an unexpected service delay (severe weather, natural disasters, unscheduled events, etc.), please add at least 2 to 3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.

Can I choose the shipping courier?

It is not possible to specify an exact courier as not all couriers deliver to all locations. A proof of delivery (signature) may be required upon delivery, please make sure you take this into account when selecting the delivery address. Deliveries do not take place on Sundays and Bank Holidays.

Do you ship orders internationally?

Yes we do.

Will I pay import fees for international orders?

We list all our international orders at their true value. Assume you will get charged an import fee which is based on the import rules of the location you are shipping to.

If in doubt, assume that you will be charged import duty/VAT.

When will my order ship?

Orders placed before 3pm GMT are processed the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm GMT are processed the next business day.

Orders and returns

Why is there a UK price and a Non UK price? and why is the Non UK price cheaper?

Since the UK left the European Union we no longer have to collect VAT on sales to the EU. Because of this we now show the non VAT price (UK price minus 20%) which is what you will pay if you are not ordering from the UK. This price is shown when you checkout of the store. Please note you will most likely be charged VAT/Import duty on orders not made from the UK. We are offering this lower price as you need to assume you will be charged the local VAT/Sales tax on imports to your location.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit and debit cards paid through your chocie of payment processor (Stripe, Paypal, Google pay, Apple Pay). We also accept Bitcoin and Litecoin through Coinbase checkout.

Can I modify my order?

Yes, provided we have not shipped your order. Reply to your order confirmation email or email us at to confirm the modification you wish to make.

What is your return policy?

We offer a 30 day, no questions asked money back guarantee on all our products. Think of it as a trial period. If you are not happy, for any reason, Just fill in this form and we will provide a hassle free return.

You will need to return the item to us complete with accessories and packaging and we will refund your money, no questions asked.

We appreciate that if our treatments are new to you, you might have questions and may even be a bit skeptical. We give you enough time to try our products out for yourself so you can see if our lamps work for you. 

Wherever you are in the world, when you buy a Care lamp direct from us the trial period begins the day that you receive it. If at any point you wish to return your product, simply let us know by completing this form.

Tip: Remember to keep the packaging and always contact us first before you return the product 

  • It is your responsibility to return and pay for the cost of return. We cannot be held liable for lost or damaged shipments that are sent to us. We recommend you ship by Recorded Delivery for safety. (This applies to all orders outside of the UK as well).
  • Items must be returned in original packaging and with all parts and accessories. Items with missing parts or accessories are subject to a 10% fee due to the reduction in the value of the item.
  • All refunds are usually processed with 3-5 days after receiving the product.
  • Items must be shipped back to our warehouse along with the correct returns authorisation form.  Please complete this form and we will provide this form for you.

I purchased the red light for (insert medical condition here) but you do not supply instructions on how to use it for this condition. Why?

Our Red lights are not medically certified products and therefore we cannot provide specific instructions for you to use them as such. The lights are CE/UKCA certified as Luminaires We can guarantee that the wavelengths of lights, power density and EMF levels are all as advertised. We recommend you do your own research and speak to your GP prior to purchase.
