I was wary of spending so much on a lamp, but the 30 day refund policy meant I took the leap, and I'm so glad I did! It hasn't gotten rid of it (psoriasis) completely for me, but it has made a significant difference. I really recommend giving it a go - with the 30 day refund policy, you might as well try it!

Great service from start to finish. Highly informative phone call initially with Ian who was extremely professional, followed by superfast delivery. My partner suffers with MS and is finding the light really helps with aches and pains and relaxation. She always suffered with cold hands and a feeling of being cold inside and this seems to have completely taken that away. She's also noticing her mobility has improved. We bought it with the stand so she can lay underneath it and we can wheel it over different areas. The stand seemed pricey to me but I'm so glad we got it as makes use so much easier and it's extremely durable and good quality and can accommodate extra panels as we add to it in the future, so it's worth every penny. This isn't medical advice and just our experience but it really seems to be helping. As for the kit itself, very well made and appears to be great quality and the digital display and timer couldn't be simpler to use. Honestly can't fault Care Lamps and would highly recommend.

I'm really pleased I bought the horizontal stand as it enables me to lay down when I use the light panel. This makes the light treatment even more comfortable. The stand is study, and was pretty easy to assemble, and to adjust. It's also easy to move around as it's on castors. My next purchase will be a smaller, follow-on lamp that the stand can house alongside the existing/larger light panel. Caroline L.

Derma Red Plus P900 is one of the most powerful red light therapy devices on the market. We are extremely happy with the product, overall excellent performance with so many health benefits. Super easy to operate with daily 15-20min sessions, very relaxing experience with slightly warm feeling, great to start the day with red light therapy. After the research, this is latest product, modular so it can be extended with additional panels for even more powerful experience. Highly recommended! I use it for dermatological issues and neuropathic pain. It worked and still works on me, and after a few days of use I got me a second one so I can have an entire full body session with extended time. Great customer service, so yes, it’s 5 stars from me!

I bought 2 of Derma Red 900 Plus. We fixed them together one above the other. They now switch on and off together. I didn't have space in bedroom for over bed stand. So we fixed on inside of walk in wardrobe door via over door bracket enclosed. When we used it then we shut door and hide it. Plumps up facial skin and looks bright and moist. Must use daily for 15 or 20 mins to maximise effect.

Great quality light. So relaxing to sit in front of. Only been using for a number of weeks so not really noticed huge benefits yet, but definitely seems to reduce muscle soreness when 8 I use after working out. Just just spending time in front of the light getting a gentle heat is so relaxing.

May be I didn't use it long enough each time that I haven't seen any inprovement on my joint and trigger finger. However, my husband used it a lot longer time one day when he had a stiff shoulder. He said that it helped. We both were sceptical at the beginning that we only used 1 minute each time for each erea. From now on, we will try to use it longer, hopefully we will see the effect.
In addition, I didn't buy it for facial treatment yet I do use it on my face together with my front body. My face seems a bit more radiant and full.

Recently new to the psoriasis club and was mortified at the large patch on my leg. After trying crams potions and lotions to no avail I decided to splash out on this bit of kit. At first it seemed to agitate things but after 3 weeks the offending patch has almost gone. Started using on some satellite smaller areas now. One gripe is the light swith is fouled by the folding mechanism and can switch on by accident when folding up. Keep well moisturised and follow instructions. Oh and don't pick at it ( advice from my mrs)

After only a few months I discovered that 2 of 4 columns of NIR lights were no longer working. I requested a replacement and this was provided without delay. Very pleased with the service received. Thank you.
